Practice Wellness~

This week at Live Love 365 we will be setting an intention to ~  "Practice wellness"
If you will be joining us on this intention please click "LIKE"  then let us know "HOW" you will be practicing.  What will you change or introduce this week in order to Practice wellness?

Need direction or examples??  Keep these 3 words in mind:    

                                     "EAT"       "MOVE"       "THINK"    

Some ways to improve your diet~
  • Go crazy with color... more fruits and veggies please
  • H2O= water.. drink it! lots of it! 
  • Get REAL with your food... eat less processed foods
  • Go green with Green tea! 
  • Portion control... use your salad plate as your dinner plate if it helps

Some ways to get more exercise~
  • Get your Namaste on with Yoga
  • Walk when and where you can
  • Pass on the elevator and take the stairs 
  • Dance, Dance, Dance
  • Back to the basics... jumping jacks, squats, push ups, pull ups, etc.

Ways to improve your state of mind~
  • Journal... writing it down sometimes helps unravel the knots 
  • Positive thinking... your perception is your reality 
  • Free your mind and get your OM on with Meditation 
  • Laugh your ass off
  • Express yourself... communication is key and will set you free
  • Listen to music that lifts your spirits
Those are just a few ideas to get you headed in the right direction but, please get creative and share any additional ideas that may inspire another!
